Free shipping on orders over $100

We offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more (before taxes). Some products are subject to a shipping surcharge because of their size or weight. In such cases, Chefmix will contact you with an updated freight quote before proceeding with your order.

Shipping Rates

All purchases are shipped via Canada Post Ground Service. Most orders are shipped within 72 hours of being placed. For all orders under $100 that do not qualify for free shipping, shipping rates and expected arrival times may vary.

To get the most accurate shipping estimate based on the items in your shopping cart, please enter your destination to get a quote before checkout. The shipping rate estimate will be determined by your postal code, volume and weight of your order. All shipping rates are provided by Canada Post and we take care of any additional handling fees.

Order Tracking & Delivery

Your account allows you to view your order history, track orders, create wishlists and have a faster checkout process. Simply register or log in to your existing account below.

Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you are provided with a confirmation e-mail that includes an order tracking number. Use this tracking number to track your order by logging into your account.

If the status of your order has not changed after 3 business days of placing it, please feel free to contact us for an estimated delivery date.

If you are not present when Canada Post attempts to deliver your package at home, it will be redirected to the nearest Canada Post outlet in your area. The pick-up location will be listed on the Canada Post Notice Card.

In the case where there have been no attempted deliveries and 5 business days have passed after your order has been indicated as shipped, please contact us to report the delay. We will contact the transporter and file a claim to determine the status of the package. Please refer to the following claim cases:

  • Orders that have been found: package will be immediately delivered to you.
  • Orders that are undeliverable, due to sender error: package will be returned to sender and we will ship it back to you at our expense.
  • Orders that are undeliverable, due to customer error: package will be returned to sender and we will ship it back to you at an additional shipping cost to you.
  • Orders that are declared lost: we will refund you or replace your item(s) at our expense.

Returning your order

In the rare case that you receive an item that is defected or damaged, we will send you a replacement at our expense; however, we will request the item be sent back or a photo be sent to us of the damaged item(s). Please contact us via email at, and state your order number when requesting a return. All purchases from may be returned or exchanged by mail only and by filling out the online Return Authorization Form.

Note that All damaged or defective items must be reported within 10 days of receiving the order.

Returns Procedure:

  1. Complete a Return and Exchange Form available online at
  2. Once you’ve completed and submitted the Return Authorization Form RMA, you will be issued an RMA number.
  3. Please print the RMA form and include it in the returned item package.
  4. returns may take up to 10 business days to process.

Cancelling your order starts preparing your order preparation as soon as your order is received. Since orders are shipped on average within 72 hours, please be sure to contact us as soon as possible in the event that you wish to cancel an order.
